To obtain and use store credit, you must:

1. Return the merchandise within 7 days of purchase
2. Present proof of purchase at time of return; and
3. Use store credit within 30 days of issuance.

No cash refunds

No cancellations of credit card purchases

All sales final and no returns accepted if merchandise is not returned to Cottage Industry within seven (7) days of purchase.
